Year One - Focus: Building essential life and career-prep skills
Year Two - Focus: Bridging school and the workforce
Year Three - Focus: Launching into the workforce and early-career survival
Year Four - Focus: Long-term career ownership and strategic thinking
Participate in at least 4 of 5 large group sessions
Sessions are through Google Classroom and Zoom
Live Attendance: We highly encourage you to participate in-person for the best networking and engagement.
Make-up Policy: If you are unable to attend a live session, you can complete it online by viewing the recording and finishing the assignment within 14 days of the original session date.
Completion of 3 follow-up activities
Participate in at least 1 summer mock interview session
